Use the embedded web chat on your site to interact with Valta AI. Owners can set up properties and tenants. Tenants can confirm payments, view status, and ask questions.
Web Chat URL: Integrated on your website via the Wix widget. No app install required.
Session Security: Each chat runs in a secure session with inactivity timeouts.

The web chat supports real-time messaging using secure WebSockets. Conversations are saved and linked to your profile.
Owner: "Add property"

For Property Owners Owner
Document Management Agent
- Property Setup: Start with "Add property" → nickname → address → details.
- Tenant Onboarding: "Add tenant" → name → phone → rent → due date.
- Documents: Generate and retrieve lease agreements, receipts, and reports.
- Portfolio Overview: "My properties" to view properties, tenants, and key docs.
Payment Tracking Agent
- Payment Analytics: "Payment analytics" for KPIs (paid/overdue/total/collection rate).
- Payment Reports: "Payment report" for a summary across properties.
- Status: "Payment status" for tenant-level tracking.
- Trends: "Payment trends" to identify patterns and projections.
Rental Reminder Agent
- Automated Reminders: Pre‑due, due‑day, post‑due with configurable attempts.
- Escalation: Automatic escalation to owner after max attempts.

- Expiry Tracking: Alerts 60/30/7 days before lease end.
- Renewal Requests: "Renew lease" to start renewal flows.

Troubleshooting
- No Response: Check your internet connection and refresh the page.
- Session Expired: Restart chat and re-enter your details.
- WebSocket Error: Ensure the site uses HTTPS and try again.
- Incorrect Info: Provide exact names or phone numbers for better matching.
